POSTAL CHARGES RELATING TO A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returning product to England Golf for either refund or an exchange. 
• On receipt of a faulty item enquiry and evidence where the fault owes to manufacture, England Golf will reimburse the cost of shipping. England Golf will not reimburse alternative packaging costs for returns.
